Prices

Prices are ex works without engagement and are subject to variation.
Taxes and or VAT are not included in the prices listed and will, where appropriate, be added to our invoice at the rate then in force.
Please ask for a quotation for bulk quantities.

Payment

Payment terms are 30 days net from the invoice date unless agreed otherwise.
Payment should be made in the currency invoiced and can be made by cheque or by international money transfer.

Product use

The products listed in this catalogue are for experimental laboratory use only and are not intended for human or household use. Only qualified personnel should handle these chemicals.
Eburon Organics products may be covered by use or application patents. Eburon Organics does not warrant that the use or the sale of the products delivered will not infringe the claims of any patent.
The buyer shall be responsible for any patent infringement arising from the use of Eburon Organics products, either alone or in combination with other products.

Liability

All Eburon Organics products are sold for research purposes only and are not intended to be used in humans or as drugs.
Eburon Organics cannot be responsible for damages arising from misuse of any product.
